Catering and HospitalityCatering and Hospitality is a vocational non-GCSE course which is offered to pupils starting Key Stage 4 courses in Year 10. It is designed to act as the first step in a possible career pathway and can be developed in further stages after students have left school. The subject will help to develop knowledge, skills and understanding of food and drink preparation, cookery and service and catering.
