Grange School Uniform

The standard of uniform and dress of students in the school is very high. We wish to thank parents and guardians for the care and attention that they give to this matter and the support they have given to the school in ensuring that these standards do not fall.

The embroidered school sweatshirts and polo shirts are available solely from Nuisance Clothing. An in school shop is available on regular occasions, dates will be advertised in the school newsletter. Alternatively, uniform can be ordered directly from their website or ordered in school. Order forms are available in the main school office.

GIRLS

•  Charcoal grey / black skirt or dress trousers, (these should be plain black with no decorative buttons, chains or belts)

•  Black sweatshirt with school logo and white polo shirt with school logo

•  Black/grey/brown sensibly styled shoes (not trainers)

BOYS

•  Charcoal grey/black trousers

•  Black sweatshirt with school logo and white polo shirt with school logo

•  Black/grey/brown sensibly styled shoes (not trainers)

GENERAL POINTS

•  Parents and guardians are reminded that all items of clothing, including underwear, should be clearly labelled with their child's name.

•  The wearing of trainers, jeans, leggings, cord trousers and denim or leather outside coats is not permitted.

•  Extremes of hairstyle are not permitted. Make up, if worn, must be subtle and discreet.

JEWELLERY

•  Students are allowed to wear the following items of jewellery: neck chains (hidden beneath clothing), watches and ear studs to a maximum of one in each ear. For reasons of safety, no rings whatsoever are allowed.

•  Face and body piercings are not allowed for reasons of health and safety.

The School does not accept responsibility for any items of jewellery which are brought into school.
